For digital orders, after payment you will receive an email containing the downloadable content.

For made to order, processing times are between 1-2 weeks.

For custom and commissions orders processing times are between 2-3 weeks.

I do take commissions sporadically during the year. I usually post on social media when spots open up.

Usps first class: tracked shipping for US orders. You will recieve a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 days.

International tracked mail: tracked shipping for orders in available countries outside the US. You will recieve a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders typically arrive within 1-4 weeks.

Run cold soapy water, gently squeeze the water out, and air dry .

If machine washing, place plushie in a mesh laundry bag, gently wash with cold water, and dry on a gentle cycle - cool air.

(Recommended) Handwash - Use a damp rag, soaked in cold water and a bit of soap. Softly scrub the dirty surface. Do NOT soak or dunk item in water. Lay flat to dry.

Plushie with "Safety Eyes" are NOT suitable for children under 5. They can be ripped out and be a choking hazard even though they are called "Safety Eyes".

I do make items using felted features/ please reach out if needed.

Items are handmade with soft yarn and stuffed with fiber fill. Handle them with care.

Due to the handmade nature of crochet, each item is truly one of a kind. While I follow the same patterns and techniques, slight variations in stitching, shape, and size might occur, making every piece unique. If you purchase two of the same items, they may have subtle differences, adding to their charm and individuality.
